Cholinergic Urticaria pain reduced dramatically after moving to a hotel

August 26, 2014 by Hivesguy

I know this is weird! I just traveled to the US and I was forced to go to a hotel because I did not have a place to stay.

I went to a 5-star hotel and I am absolutely loving it here! It’s weird but I do feel my body is functioning way better than before. I did feel itchy but compared to the itches I felt before they are much weaker.

Even though the itches got me, they were not strong enough to prohibit me from doing the things that I wanted. I had a problem with my apartment management because they gave my apartment to someone else while I was away (that’s why I was forced to go to a hotel).

Anyway that’s not our topic! More importantly, I was able to argue with them and my body didn’t feel itchy and I loved it! Usually when I get angry and try to argue with people I get itchy, but this time I didn’t! Just thought of sharing my experience! If someone had similar experiences please let me know 🙂

Thank you,

-Ali

    It’s the water.
I never had this problem in my life. Now I am in a hard water area I do.
It could be metals in the water and when we sweat the skin reacts.
5 star hotels would generally have an industrial water softener.
It’s ruining my life. I miss my old place with nice water. I think it’s time to move on.. (not to a 5 star hotel haha). Unfortunately this creates huge problems for me in my relationship. My partner doesn’t believe any of what I am going through.
