I was searching online on ways to sweat a lot quickly and easily and one of the things that kept coming up was a type of yoga you perform in a really hot room (100 degrees). People say that you end up sweating buckets loads of sweat after the 90 minute session.
Has anyone here who gets relief from sweat therapy tried this type of yoga and if so how does it compare to a sauna or steam room?
