Hi,
These days, pretty much due to hot summers and heat, hives stay all over my body. But they seem to get severe during night and when it’s pretty cool with A/C.
Any suggestions how to deal with this? If I take an anti allergy tablet, I am able to survive for 15 hours, and after that, the hives hit back. I am unable to understand the root cause.
Please suggest,

Hi there, hang in there–I have the same issue. I’ve started to sleep with a flat shaped icepack on the affected area. It really helps. I stopped taking benadryl or zyrtec bc I wanted to try a natural route, and after 2 courses of prednisone that didn’t work I was fed up…the icepacks at night have helped alleviate things.

When my son starts sweating, he has to wipe himself down with a wet cloth immediately. Wiping off the sweat helps him tremendously. Perhaps that would help you, too? He takes 2 Zyrtec tablets a day and it really helps him. I hope your symptoms improve!
