Is it normal not to have bumps when the itchiness occurs in urticaria?
I’ve been recently diagnosed with urticaria but I don’t get any bumps or have redness of skin before I start scratching and rubbing my skin. Is that normal??

If you’re talking about cholinergic urticaria, then yes, it is possible to only have itching and no bumps or flushing. My first symptoms were mostly prickly/itching sensation that was very strong. The symptoms soon got worse, however, and flushing and small bumps also started appearing.
I’d say that people with mild cases of cholinergic urticaria can only experience mostly itching. Of course, your skin may get red and have scratch marks (mild dermatographia) after you’ve scratched it.
