Is Liquorice Candy Causing Cholinergic Urticaria Symptoms?

I get usually outbreaks when my body begins to sweat, which happens when eating hot food, exercise, taking a very hot long shower, drinking hot tea while sitting in the sun during a hot day etc. But I also get a light outbreak (itch) when eating liquoriced candy (also called “drop”), which is a bit unexpected, since as far as I know I don’t really sweat from it, and I’m not allergic to drop.
So maybe there is a connection between the cause of itch from liquoriced candy and that of normal heat hives?
This describes the effects of it on the body:
-effective expectorant
-useful against mouth and peptic ulcers
-mild laxative
-topical antiviral agent
-contains isoflavones > lowers serum testosterone, reduces high sex drive.
-prevents hyperkalemia (high potassium levels)
-can lead to hypokalemia (low potassium levels)
-increases blood pressure (Apparent mineralocorticoid excess)
-increases aldosterone
-increases cortisol
Could be the increase in cortisol that is causing the itch?
Do you get itch from liqourice?

Well I’d assume that a raised blood pressure will result in your body getting hot(ter), leading for your body wanting to sweat and as a result of this making you itch. I don’t remember the last time I’ve had liquorice candy but it certainly wouldn’t have been amongst the top of my list of foods to avoid (although people going to have different reactions to the same “reactants”).
