I just wanna say aloud that heck yeah, “finally I am at verge of getting rid of this disease.” This all started for me 6 months earlier. Sun exposure was killing me. I noticed that I wasn’t sweating even a bit for a long time now.
Doctors treated me through various phases -like initially primary (cream and all that ) and secondly antihistamines. But what I want to say to you is that you can get better.
First, if you feel hot throughout the day (as CU is due to heating), then get yourself check for thyroid first. You need to control your internal heat and even don’t stress out a lot for a bit (I know it’s hard but you will love the result ). I am not going to introduce one other antihistamines because these were just warming up me and eating me everyday internally.
Secondly, apart from cooling part, try to include more raw onion in your diet everyday. That will help a lot in sweating initially. I know you don’t want to feel pain in that too on the same side -Hey! you can still sweat without going out in sun and running. I just stand for a bit more and try to control my itching sensation by just taking this in little cool manner.
You will love the result. Third, drink more water. These tips have helped me. My itching is much less now, and I have started taking a little bit of itching I have in me in simple manner because stressing out just promotes your itching. Any question you wanna ask I will answer.
Keep up with the positivity. Let’s beat this disease guys once for all with cool mind and little bit extra efforts.

okay so you feel it only when you are hot or sometimes even casually at odd times . I had both cases . Secondly , during this disease period of yours -you have been sweating a lot or little or not even a bit . From how long you are on anti-histamines ? Sun exposure makes itching worse for you or not ? Answer all of these so i can understand you well what you are really into at present .
waiting for your reply
Keep up the power the positivity !

Hello Mohit,
I need help too.
i get 0 urticaria in the summer. untill winter comes. I’m feeling good when walking under sun. What can I do in winter ? Can GYM or sweat therapy help me? I didn’t even try to sweat in winter days..
Mohit says
So that means summer ain’t a Problem for you , you suffer this in winter only. Maybe it can be cold urticaria ( which is due to cold )
And yes ! You must try to sweat but don’t overdo it
I prefer simple methods like sleeping without ac and fan with some multiple layers on you that way you can sweat overnight . In winters to get the heat out you must sweat .
Pls take time to update your complete info on this disease from very first day . so I can get things more clear
Type your name in heading
I will try to help and you will get better
Don’t stress out Stay positive !
