Hello,
I am really glad to find a community sharing their thoughts; experience and feeling the same as many of surrounding people can’t understand and feel what happens when the heat hives hits your body.
I have cholinergic urticaria may be 10 years ago. It rises only in the winter. It comes as a result of many situations (exercising, embarrassing, hot bathes, etc.)
I tried a lot of medicine (antihistamine), but it doesn’t work. I think regular exercising would help me (may be it keeps your body active all the time and you can sweat more easily compared to inactive body). However, you it is very difficult while warming up till you starts feel sweat starts up.
My question is; for those who has anhidrosis, is there any relation between oily skin and amount of sweat (i.e. my skin is oily and I am wondering does it play any role/factor in the difficulty of exit sweat from the skin?
Again, very happy to find and participate in this forum
Thanks,
Marwan

Marwan, Here is your solution. Go to a steam room. sweat your mind out for 10 minutes. the massive humidity will prevent most discomfort from the itching, and the sweat will clean your pores like magic. I did it last week for the first time after I realized the cause (blocked sweat glands), and I haven’t been itchy since. MIRACLE. Go now. (Talk to your doctor before attempting sweat/steam therapy).
