Hello everyone,
I started feeling the reaction again every time I get hot. I just started a business program that since now it has been one of my biggest accomplish getting accepted in the program. I have to go every day dress professionally, and the long sleeve of the shirt, the tie, and also the suit is causing me the reaction since I sometimes get hot when I am talking in front of a group or go outside in this summer weather. Right now what I am trying is to wake up super early and run on my treadmill and get to sweat, so during the day the reaction is not that intensive. But, it is really hard for me.
As you may know, I am a human being, I get tired. I get tired of waking up every day at 5 o’clock in the morning to run 2 miles, and then get dress, start my day, and then come back home, do homework, help in my house chores, and repeat the process.
It is a really touch challenge. If there is someone who can tell me another solution to this problem! My biggest concern right now is that I don’t finish my business program because this condition.
I appreciate the time you take to read this. Please comment below something that you have done and you have seen improvement.
Thanks,

I used to do the same thing, wake up early and run, it helps alot,i cured my hives by following a low carb diet,it will surely work trust me, cause for most people hives are a result of high blood sugar that’s why when you exercise you feel better as it decreases your blood sugar, when i saw low carb i mean starches, ideally you want to eat less than 100g per day that’s how Ben the owner of this site cured his hives too, fruits are carbs too but they are simple sugars so you don’t have to worry about them eat as much as you like, also eat lots of vegetables, and when you go for starches go for the low glycemic index ones such as steel cut oats, quinai, whole wheat flour etc, unless you are allergic to gluten or diary you can safely consume them, but majority of your diet should be lean meat, vegetables and fruits and good quality fats like olive oil, coconut oil, clarified butter, try to eat organic products as much as possible

Thanks a lot man for the advise. I think it will help me a lot because I do eat a lot of sugar. And I started feeling the reactions just for a couple of days, like if I did something or ate something that upset my body. Thanks.

Try a sauna for 20 minutes (talk to a doctor first), but don’t fall asleep in there!! Bring water rapped in a towel and keep hydrated. Decrease salt intake in your diet. Sweating it out is the best thing that helped my hives.
Also a product called SARNA helps to stop reaction after you shower. Every time I get itchy I put the cream on and wait a couple of minutes to let it do its things and now I use it only when I get an itch at night. I used to use a a few containers a week and now I use 2 times last night and have had the same container for many weeks! I had CU for
Many years and I sleep and work with little to none reactions!

Thanks a lot. I will start doing those things too. I glad to hear that you have had it for year, and still alive though. Sometimes I feel depressed because I wanna be normal again. But, just until one day. Thanks.

Y fijate. Si, me sane. Se me calmo. Esos fueron los 3 meses. Ahora volvi para atras, EEUU y me esta volviendo. Pero no ha habido mucho avanze en la alergologia que digamos.

Try cold compresses when the symptoms start. It helped me. Cool yourself off. Don’t take a hot shower , it makes it worse. H2 Zantac was recommended to me by an nurse practitioner, along with the ice/ cold packs.
