What can I do to help stop my body from having a cholinergic urticaria (hives) reaction and breaking out in itching?
So for the past 4 years now I have been having problems with this. It started when I was a sophomore in High School but didn’t happen as often. I would itch in the shower sometimes, when I was exercising, or even when I felt anxious. I didn’t know what could be the problem and I tried multiple things to limit the itching.
I went through a change in laundry detergent, clothing choices, body washes, deodorant, etc and nothing ever seemed to help. There are some seasons that it isn’t that bad and it rarely happens but anymore it seems to be happening all the time. It happens every day.
It happens a lot when I am walking outside and then enter a warmer room, and I can’t seem to be able to do anything about it. I hate putting a label on things, but I know there is something wrong with me. I just want help in figuring out what I can do.
