Wow, that’s crazy that you have to use Epi-Pens that often. I generally advise people not to exercise if they have severe reactions like that. Even though Epi-Pens can stop a reaction, they don’t always work. It is possible to die from such a reaction. I’m sorry to hear you have to deal with that.
To answer your question, I’ve had some pretty bad reactions back in the day, but I’ve never went into anaphylactic shock. Although there are some people on this forum who have experienced it, most don’t.

My trigger is heat and reactions so severe I would never risk exercising. Wish I could though! I just got BCBS approval for xolair so I’m keeping my fingers crossed 😎

I was anaphylactic, but of the central nervous system. My blood pressure would basically drop off. I had an epi-pen but have never used it. I was listening to a podcast this morning about urticaria and the doctor suggested that people don’t generally die from urticaria… Mine wasn’t life threatening (in a sense) so I wasn’t that concerned.
