I have had cholinergic urticaria for a few months starting in January. However, I recently found 80-90% relief from my urticaria once spring hit and the weather started heating up to 70 and 80 degree weather. I would rarely get reactions and they would be less intense.
My urticaria has been like this for all of April and May; however, over the past week the weather has gotten cooler and cloudier (50s and 60s), and my urticaria has definitely been coming back. It definitely is a bummer and feels like I’ve taken a huge step back after so many steps forward. However, I’m hoping its only temporary with the weather.
During the months of April and May I have gotten mini urticaria reactions when the weather was cooler and they’ve disappeared once the weather went back up. Is there a correlation between the weather and urticaria? I know some people have urticaria seasonally but perhaps its just based off of weather cause I know some people with urticaria are completely cured for a few days or weeks when they go on tropical vacations during winter.
Let me know if anyone has the same experience with urticaria occurring only in cold weather.

Hi Milo
You and a lot of people, including myself, tend to get relief once the warmer weather comes around. Here in the states the weather and humidity have been on the rise so I’ve been sweating normally. Some suffers do not get relief during the summer.
