Hello everyone,
I have suffered from cholinergic urticaria for years. I have taken every combo of antihistamines possible. Nothing has worked. My doctor just prescribed cyclosporine immunosuppressant therapy.
I was just wondering if anyone else has tried this and what their results were.
Thanks 🙂

Hi Kami , I have CU and had it for many years . I know first hand the pain and how it effects our lives. I am not a doctor and not at this time working in the medical field . Cyclosporine is used in organ transplants to prevent rejection . It is a medication designed to suppress the Immune system . Suppressing the immune system can put you at risk of certain types of lymphoma. Lab test are necessary to check side effects . This is the first time I heard of using cyclosporine for CU and as I said had / have CU for many years . I know how you would like to get rid of your CU but be careful as to how you do it . Good luck and I hope and pray you get help or rid of your Cu .
