Finally, I have found this forum again after months of searching! At first I didn’t recognize the new layout, but then I saw Hivesguy and realized this is it. Anyway, back to me:
I have bad cholinergic urticaria, and nothing worked for me apart from exercising. I starting running every day with TWO JACKETS on just so I could sweat quicker, and day by day, I sweated more. First my back, then my chest, then my head, and it was great! After a few weeks I was in the 25 degree heat for two hours and didn’t itch at all! I nearly cried–I was that happy.
I stopped the running and it’s now back. My diet is very meat orientated now. Does anyone know if that could be a problem?
I also read about candida and my tongue is very white at the back, and I’ve also had a fungal infection in my groin before. I’m going to go to the doctor. I pray that I get some medication, and hopefully if I do have candida I can get it treated (which may cause my hives to go away–I pray).

Hey, Ryan.
I’m glad you found the forum again. Yes, I’ve changed the format to make it easier to post, and to cut down on spam.
I honestly don’t think Candida is a cause for most people with cholinergic urticaria. I thought I had Candida at one point, and I even went as far as getting treatment, but it wasn’t a factor at all.
Meat may have something to do with your hives if you have an intolerance to it, or it could be food sensitivities in general. I’ve written some posts about my diet here that may be beneficial to you.
Either way, I hope your hives get better soon, and I’m glad you found the site again.

Hi mate, thanks for replying, yeah i’ve read a lot of people saying that getting rid of candida didn’t do anything. I’m gonna have to go back to running till i sweat buckets and having cold showers because my skin is so dry i recently had to go to the doctors about how dry it was. thanks for the help!
