Hi. I’m an 18-year-old male, and I just developed cholinergic urticaria recently this winter and am soon gonna be trying to cut a lot of things out of my diet as suggested in posts I’ve read here.
But I am really worried about how this could affect me in terms of going out with a friend or friends, or on a date. Obviously when we hang out with people, especially a significant other, food and drinks is something people go for throughout the day outside.
Would I be able to cheat and eat outside once in a while or not at all? I feel as though this might bring up problems or even ruin a relationship with a girl.
Thanks,
Jake

In the beginning, you really need to stick to your guns with diet. Once you’ve been established and are healing, you can cheat a little here and there. Tbh, if a girl doesn’t date you because of diet needs, she’s a superficial ignorant person and you really don’t need someone like that. There are tons of healthy options at pretty much every restaurant out there. When it comes to parties, be proactive. Bring your own drinks or snacks, or just drink water. Trust me,as a very social person who doesn’t drink much, I know it’s hard sometimes. People seem to think you can’t have fun if you aren’t getting wasted. That is simply not true. You can enjoy life and be healthy too!
