Hi, my name is Sam. Whenever I go out into sun or get nervous, my scalp and my body itches a lot. However, it doesn’t cause any red rashes on body. Can you tell me the probable causes of it?
Hi Sam! It is when the histamines are released from your body when it gets overheated or when you get excited. That is also when my itching begins. I too don’t have hives. You can look through this site as well as google for the causes. For me,becuase everyone is different, I have learned to calm myself. Also, I exposed myself to the sun frequently and sweat. After doing so, it seemed it went away. It flares up now and again, but not as bad as before when I went out in the sun. You can try it if you can tolerate the itching in the sun. While I was out there in the sun, I had a spray bottle with water to spray on the spot that was itching to help cool me down. It helped a little.

Hi Sam,
Sounds to me that the body is clogged.
Do you have a high salt or sugar intake?
I suggest a blood test and have your blood pressure checked. Nothing to be worried about, but if toxins are trapped under your skin it causes a reaction. The first step is to check for abnormal activity and check your sugar levels. Its scary, but a good first step. If the readings are good, start a safe detox. Use extra virgin oil or coconut oil on the itch. If antihistamines have little effect, or maleate, stop using them and establish a short detox thats right for you (water/juicing/kale and spinach whatever you choose) 24-48 hrs. (Always check with a doctor before trying to ceasing any medications or therapies).
