I posted back in May stating that my hives had disappeared do to the warmer weather. For the summer, my hives weren’t a problem, but I always had a thought in the back of my mind that they would return once the colder weather came back.
I live in Canada where the winters are very cold. Last year, my hives first started showing in mid September and were excruciatingly painful by November. A couple months ago, I started going to the gym to force myself to sweat everyday in hopes that the hives wouldn’t come back.
So far it has worked, and my hives haven’t come back full force. At the beginning of my workout, I do feel a little bit of itchiness on my neck and head, but it goes away after a few minutes.
Hives no longer affect my daily life as long as I work up a sweat every day or two. I will keep you all posted every month and let you know if my hives have came back or not.
Thanks,
Alex

Hey, I also live in Canada and experienced my first burst of hives after a cold run in September. Ever since I have been experiencing hives every time I sweat…I am going to the doctor this week…contemplating alternating diet, trying to change detergents, beauty products etc. I have been active my whole life and am devastated with this new health problem…
