I was diagnosed with Cholinergic Urticaria in 1987 or so. The last 10 years have been better - no major incidents. However, one thing that I have noticed over the years is that I can adjust my body temperature. For example, I can cup my hands around a temperature senor. After 5 minutes, the temperature reading stays at about 91. Then, I replay in my mind the sensation I get just before a Cholinergic Urticaria incident, and I can raise the senors reading to about 97 in about 8 minutes. And then when I stop thinking about it, it drops down to 92 over 10 minutes. Is this a one-off, or can anyone else with Cholinergic Urticaria test this as well. It is repeatable, and best results are with full body heat - not hands. After lengthy research on Cholinergic Urticaria, I think there may be a connection.
