First of all, huge thanks to Ben for making such an accessible resource and for all his work. After 6 months of worsening hives I decided to go on an allergy elimination diet. I removed all common allergens and ate only white rice, non-citrus fruits, rice milk, kidney beans, lentils, sweet potato, broccoli, lamb and turkey. After 3 days I noticed a reduction in symptoms and now after a week my breakouts are less frequent and less severe and sweating has been easier.
In a short while I hope to post another update here as I work out exactly what foods are responsible for my particular case (evidently different people will have different food intolerances) which will hopefully help some people. If anyone is interested I would also be happy to list some of the basic recipes I have been using, since I’m usually a massive food fan so have been working hard at making tasty meals even with very restricted ingredients.

Okay, I’m interested! I have been battling with these issues since I was born. If it’s something as simple as changing my diet, I’m willing to go for it.
