I’m still in school and need to do lots of p.e. (physical eduction) and outdoor education.
Is there a good way to deal with cholinergic urticaria?
For example, is there a medication or cream that can treat this type of hives?
Thanks,

Try fexofenadine tablets, speak to your doc and they will prescribe them to you. Hope they help.

For me Aerius medicine (Desloratadine) worked wonders, I had to take it atleast a week before noticing results and have to take it on daily basis. But best medicine I have tried. for CU

Different things work for different people. My son got this condition when he was 20. Taking 2 Zyrtec tablets a day (his allergist said he could take up to 3 tablets) helps lessen the intensity of his heat rash attacks. He also carries a damp sports towel to wipe away any sweat, when he finally sweats, that is. He also finds that if he can trigger the attack himself (i.e. walking in the sun for several minutes), his symptoms are almost gone for the rest of the day. Good to see an allergist if you can. Hope you find something that works! Hang in there!

I have found that if I make myself sweat in the morning then I am usually good for the rest of the day. Is there a gym in your area with a sauna? You might want to talk to your doctor about trying sweat therapy.
