Hi, fellow cholinergic urticaria sufferers.
I suffer with cholinergic urticaria, along with other skin conditions. I take 4 X fexofenadine and 2 X ranitidine and vitamin D for my cholinergic urticaria. my hives/rashes are much less, but I still have the stinging. However, I’m trying to get an anxiety medication to reduce my anxiety. Let’s hope that helps.
I would like to share something that has helped my skin. I’ve tried many creams and oils etc with little to no help. Now I rub Dermo 500 (in UK) into my skin as a moisturiser and I also use this has a soap substitute. For my face I dab on with cotton wool an oil called JoJoba oil, which helps greatly.
Just want to share with you has this may help others. The joJoba oil is great! I had my first close shave in 8 months with no pain whatsoever. I shave than dab on JoJoba oil. Truly fantastic stuff!

Interesting! You have similar problems to me in terms of the anxiety and skin problems, I have sebhoric dermatitis anxiety also
