Hello again. First I’d like to thank all of you who have posted tons information on this site that has got me to try a lot of things to cure my hives and now I’m almost completely free of hives.
For me the issue is the stomach and foods/activities that cause any constipation, gas etc. trigger the hives. Also I’ve stopped drinking anything before, during or after my meals so it doesn’t interfere with digestive fluids and only drink a glass of water in the morning before breakfast and in the night before bed.
I eat probiotics before each meal and some ground flaxseed for fiber and omega-3 oils once a day, both of these have helped the stomach stay normal. I use a cream called “Neuro-immune stabilizer” by neurobiologix which another user got relief from that you put on the wrist/lower back twice a day for vitamins B12, B6 etc.
School is starting in 4 days and I plan to use the stationary bike in there before classes to sweat everything out or simply go to a gym to sauna/stationary bike and do the same.
I have another thread called “my diet guideline” where there is a lot of information of what I’ve tried food/activity wise in the last 2 months which really reduced the redness to a minimum and got me to sweat a lot faster.
Thanks,
Clyde
