I haven’t tried this yet. I hear apple cider vinegar daily helps a lot of different health concerns.
And just because something is your staple diet does not mean it can’t be changed. White flour is not good for you, plain and simple. It can’t be helping your heat gives.

After reading one of the articles about the pin prickle sensation and clogged pores, it got me thinking. I need perhaps a daily skin mist to dissolve and kill gunk out of my pores. And so I found this article. I was in a choir concert for Christmas and sang a solo…I am not a solo person and was shivering and so fricken hot from being so nervous that people said I turned pink. My back was full of the pins and prickle feeling, then within a few days I broke out in the worst case of acne on my back I have EVER seen.
Not even as a teenager did I get it this bad. But maybe it’s not true acne? Either way, I’m thinking of trying this treatment. I think I’ll get the apple cider vinegar and green tea tomorrow…I have TTO and MIGHT have the Witch Hazel.

So I’ve been doing this toner treatment on my face, neck, back, and chest and you know those little pin prick sensations you get when you sweat? They’ve almost completely stopped!!!

That’s so weird! I tried vinegar once, thought it may had helped but couldn’t tell if it was the other medications I was taking.
Do you just leave it on or do you wash it off?
Congrats on finding something that works!

Do you use all the ingedients listed at the site, or do you just take the apple cider vinegar and the tea?
It would be weird to see my skin turning red without the burning pin prickle sensation!

Hi I am new to the site but have had hives for over a year. I find drinking apple cider vinegar works very well. It must have the “Mother”,cider from a health store has been filtered and is of no use. In addition to the cider I have found that food triggers such as strawberries, cream, alchol, marmite, baked beans can start an attack. For details of the apple cider look on the net there is a lot of evidence to support my view.

Thanks for the post. I used to eat vinegar daily, and put it on my skin, and it didn’t help me. But if it’s working for you, then stick with it.
I agree with the diet stuff–I think it pays big to really pay attention to your diet and avoid foods which may increase immune responses.
