Are Your Hives Worse During or After a Workout?

Do you get your hives during the workout or after?

I always get my hives afterwards really bad. I might experience a small flare up during but not as bad as afterwards.

    Do you start to sweat during your workout? Do you itch when you start to sweat? When I do my workout when I’m close to sweating I itch like most of us guys on here then stop itching when I’m sweating

      Yes i break out within minutes of exercising especially if i havent ina. While. I can simply walk to my car in the hit sun and sit down in my car and my body is throbbing because they have started.

    Hey, Brandon.

    I would break out in hives during any physical activity. It would happen as soon as my body crossed a certain threshold of heat. Then it would feel as if I were being stung by bees or bitten by thousands of fire ants.

    If I cooled down quickly, it would stop. If I got hot again, it would come back.

      Thats how mine is too. Im so used to it though now after having this for 20 something years i dont really scratch it anymore.

    I get them during. I carry weights and usually when I carry them for the 10th time they get me.. When they get me I stop!!

    For me it will attack after my workout. So, night time, i will be scratching like mad. I will have thousands bumps all over my body….

      For me it I get itchy while I’m exercising and then once I’m done I get the hives.
