I was wondering if I was the only one who can experience no symptoms for a few weeks but then extreamly severe symptoms for a few weeks ? I don’t know what I do different during the few weeks with no symptoms but whatever it is it completely gets rid of any itching. When the itching comes back it is extreme. Does anyone else experience this ?

I’ve been to see many different Chinese Medicine Doctors (since western medicine doctors say they have no cure) and each doctor gives me herbal medicine (powdered, herbal soup, etc) and I have slowly but effectively got a lot better.
I’m sure everyone on here understands the pain and annoyance. I was the same level, however, I don’t have those reactions that much anymore. When I do, they’re much more bearable and small itches and I don’t even go noticably red.
No antihistamine or the like, and no diet change (I’ve been vegetarian my whole life though). I just exercise a few times a week in an isolated place with no wind (a/c or fan) to sweat toxins out, as recommended by chinese doctor, and take their chinese medicine.
Exercising whilst bearing the pain takes some serious will-power, I know 🙁
But if you don’t keep at it until you sweat…then you remain at that same level of pain whenever CU occurs.
