How am I going to deal with cholinergic urticaria in the summer?
As you know, summer is right around the corner. For a student this is typically a good thing, but right now, I’m terrified. I wanna know from long-term cholinergic urticaria sufferers how you handle the summer heat.
Will my body become more tolerant to the heat? Should I just lock myself in my car and force myself to sweat?
I’m having panic attacks just thinking about it. I could really use your guys’ help because I really don’t want to spend the next 5 months on lock-down in my house because it’s finally “nice” outside.

You don’t get used to it. In my opinion, you need to force yourself to sweat. You want to hope it’s really really hot so you swear instantly.

If you have severe hives, attempting to sweat it out may not end well. If you have only mild urticaria, it may provide relief once you sweat. It really depends in my opinion.
