Does Sugar Affect Hives?

April 26, 2016 by Forum Member

I have a question for Hivesguy. In the book, you talk about avoiding sugar.

I don’t take sugar any more, but what about sugar in fruits like banana and other fruits that contains a lot of sugar? Also, what about honey?

Thanks,

Eslam

I eat sugar (maple syrup, fruit, etc.). I never suggest you should cut all sugar out. I would recommend not going crazy with it. Fruit is fine, unless you have some medical problem like diabetes or something where you have to avoid certain types of sugars (if so, consult with a doctor). Thanks.
