I had cholinergic urticaria for last three years. The attacks happened in winters only, but this winter I used few combinations of thing–and it worked out. I didn’t get any single cholinergic urticaria attack.
Things which I did this winter:
1. Keep yourself warm(not hot) from the starting of winter. Don’t let cold dry air hit your skin. Wear warm clothes.
2. IMPORTANT. This I think helped me the most. I applied aloe vera gel on my body every day. I used patanjali aloe vera gel.
3. I used to drink cold/raw milk in previous winters but this time I drank only hot milk. Not sure if it helped or not.
4. Didn’t eat any spicy/chilly food.
I know how irritating it is to face this problem that’s why I am writing this so that I may help even one person.
Thanks,
Mr. Optimistic

I found a cure and it works great! Guys, I take 3 grams of fish oil with breakfast along with 100 mg of the probiotic – Acidophilus Lactobacti. If my hives persist, I increase the probiotic dosage to 200 mg or even 300 mg. It works wonders! You may want to talk to your doctor about trying it. You won’t be dissapointed!
