I study medicine at University so I have a bit of medical knowledge. I have had this disease for almost three years now.
I am a really healthy person who has no Eczema, Asthma, and have no other form of Urticaria or any food or environmental allergies. So basically in the summer of 2012, I started working out intensely by putting a garbage bag under my shirt and a sweater on top to really overheat my body during cardio exercise to oversweat my body. Basically I did this for three months couple of times a week and I developed cholinergic urticaria. I am sure that my concentration of CU is poral occlusion, as my sweat glands were restricted with a plastic bag which blocked my sweat glands enough it eventually led to CU. I have been to a couple of dermatologists and they have said that it can be a cause. Their has even been a study when the sweat gland was obstructed by plastic it led to CU.
This seems like a legitimate cause because the real cure to CU is to sweat the histamine out of your system. However my CU happened because of my trying to over sweat my body it led to me having a hypersensitivity to my own sweat.
Thanks Guys,
Gurk

Ali Hamdar says
This may be the reason
Because when I start sweating, the itchy feeling starts to fade out progressively.
I suggest you do something in order to make your body sweat (Sauna, Cardio, heavy clothes etc…)
Get well soon
God Bless
