Hello. It’s the 22-year-old girl who wrote in the forum weeks ago. Okay, so I went to the beach and blew up in HIVES! I had to get out the water and lie down with a towel for shade. The rest of the day I had huge hive bumps that took hours to go away, and I was so fatigued from the reaction.
I then began a diet of clean eating and getting rid of junk food and eliminating a plant-based sugar in my smoothies. Two weeks later and Bam! I went to the gym and I SWEATED!!! I only got some minor bumps beginning to show but nothing huge!! I didn’t even itch!! Thank you, God.
Right after the gym, I went to the beach and Bam! nothing happened!! I got no hives and was fine the whole day. I am going to the beach tomorrow and let’s see what happens. I have also been taking Vitamin D pills for a while now as some people suggested. I do not know what exactly is making my hives go away, but for now, everything seems to be working out.
