I think I’ve finally found an answer…after trying absolutely everything, I’m getting the best results yet from sweat therapy. What I have been doing is boiling a pot of water on the stove and putting my head and upper body over the pot with a towel over my head and I have been sweating like never before.
After I let my head sweat for a few minutes I put the pot on the ground and do a plank over it with the towel over my back. The steam is very hot. It is such a great feeling just to sweat again. The first time I did it, it was pretty excruciating, the pins and needles have gone down slightly each time I’ve done it.
Now I only get them in the places that I haven’t treated with the steam. I urge everyone to try this method!! I strongly believe that the root of the problem in many cases is locked in our pores. I can’t really sweat via exercise without having to stop, so this is very exciting for me. I have also been taking vitamin D3 and drinking 2 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar a day mixed with a cup of water and my energy levels are suddenly amazing. I’m still suffering from little red bumps and “zaps” here and there, but this routine is helping. No doubt about it!

Hey! I was wondering if you use apple cider vinegar from the grocery store?

Yeah i just got it from Walmart. Make sure you but it with the “mother” in it, meaning it hasn’t been processed and it contains all the nutrients it should. I think I bought the Heinz brand and it works great!
