Hello, Emily. I’m not sure if you tried to write more, but the only thing that came through the forum was the title, “How to reduce the likelihood of hives?”

Anyway, my advice would be to read through the articles I’ve written, as well as the many articles people have contributed to this site. For the short term, an antihistamine (or antihistamine combination) may reduce symptoms (talk to your doctor first). Beyond that, people prevent or manage their hives via diet modification, sweat therapy, and other ways.

    Thanks for your question!
