Whenever my body gets hot from doing something physical, or going from a cold place to a warm place, my body gets itchy. It is like a burning sensation at times and lasts for at least 5 minutes until I cool down with fresh air (or by dabbing water on my body).
I have noticed I get red marks where I get itchy. I’ve had it for several months now and none of the creams or tablets provided have worked. Any advice on how I can get rid of this unbearable problem?

I’m very sorry to hear of your itching. We all know exactly how you feel, so know that you aren’t alone.
My best advice would be to invest as much time as you can into reading the tips on this site. This entire site is dedicated to this condition, and many people have been gracious enough to share what’s worked for them. On top of that, I’ve also written a book about my own experience (I overcame this hives disorder), and I’ve written a lot of tips on this site as well.
That should give you a lot of help, and you can use the information on this website to try different treatments and so forth while under the care of a doctor.

I have been suffering from Cholinergic Urticaria for the last 13 years. I have tried
all sorts of oral medications but nothing helps. The only thing which seems to be working
very recently is sitting or lying in the late afternoon sun without any clothings on. I hope it will keep working InshaAllah.

Hello, I know exactly what you’re going through and I’ve tried so many different medications, creams, etc.. Nothing worked, I have been a fit and healthy man all my life so I was puzzled on what was going on. I noticed it happened once my activity level went down, I sweat easily as is so it was hard avoiding it. Then it hit me that I was inactive for quite some time due to getting sick and being in bed quite some time and also was really bad in the winter. You must get your body conditioned sweating and getting hot on a daily basis, what I diss was go to the steam room and sauna everyday and also exercised regularly throughout the week. It worked!! Body went completely back to normal.. It is imperative you stay consistent with it, a week off or your body staying relatively cold for long periods of time and it will come back but nothing that can’t be handled and put back in check.
Please heed my advice and try my method for 7 days straight maybe 10 and you will not regret it.
