Hi…I have this problem for nearly 2 months now. It’s still winter here, so it’s cold.
This is making me mad because whenever I get a little hot because of nervousness, anxiety, or something else, I get needle like itchies.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Carl Carsow

Sorry to hear of your troubles, Carl. I know this is a very painful and frustrating hives disorder. My advice is to watch the videos, read this site, find a doctor, and begin trying different treatments. I know life can feel bleak, but hang in there. Don’t give up hope.

This will inform you but Doctors don’t have a clue to figure any of this out and stop this disease. We should start a fund to support finding a cure. Fund a research program. If there is not already one???

hello there.. sorry to hear that.. I’ve had cholinergic urticaria for 15 years now…
a few tips that have helped me…
1) use lavender soap/shower gel and lavender essential oil in your bath water.. It HELPS…
2) dont use too hot water, use luke warm.. hot water makes it worse…
3) homeopathy medicine is gud for anxiety.. see a homeopath…

Hi thanks for the tips really appreciate it. Also i’ve been noticing all the things that could cause this or the things i’ve changed which might have affected me it’s either eating a lot of pizaa let’s agree everyone loves pizza and i’ve ate a lot these few months. So i stoped eating pizza it’s been like 2-3 weeks also i changed soap so that also might have caused it. The main reason i think it’s happening is because i’m too lazy i mean literally too lazy i never get out go in the sun do exercise (I’m not fat in fact i’m pretty skinny). Also i’ve already watched your videos and they were really helpful thanks for making them. It can also be dust not sure but i’m eliminating everything i can think of that could or might’ve caused it. Thanks again.
