I was told that it could be a yeast infection causing the problems so I was advised on a diet and yoghurt treatment. Consuming heaps of yoghurt and applying it to affected areas + no eating sugar and wheat etc..
Since I’m covered in hives I’ll apply the yoghurt to a small area while consuming it I’ll let you guys know how its going weekly and hopefully this should work.

Hi, I’m new in this forum. I have the same simptoms that almost all of you have and I’ve tried many of your theories (Helicobacter, Vitamins, drinking more water, do exercise, etc). As many of you, my stomach is weak and when I drink alcohol the first hours I feal great (without hives) but then I feel worse. I’ve been talking with my alergist and reading a lot, and as we all know the histamine is the problem. The causes may be different but in my case I think it has something to do with the intestine not avoiding the reachness of histamine. If we do exercise we get this levels alright again but I don’t think this can be the solution. Last days I’ve been taking 3 yogurts (natural, without sugar) a day and I also do a diet (without gluten, alocohol or sugar) and at first I felt great. Now I don’t now if I’m getting worse again or staying right. I dont know if it’s becouse a bad bacteria, yeast (like Candida) or nothing at all but in my case and after six years of this I suppose it’s related with the stomach-intestine. I want to ask if any of you have tried probiotics to improve the inmune sistem. Sorry for my bad english (I’m spanish) and good luck!

Your English is really good, I wouldn’t have known that you weren’t from an English speaking country 😀 (Unless you’ve used an online translator)
I’d also be interested in finding out what others have experienced (having not gone down this method myself).
Having said that I’m sure there are a number of threads around suggesting similar theories but it’s always good to get an update from them I guess.

I was reading about Candidiasis recently. Yeast overgrowth may be a problem. I have not tried anti-biotics yet.
From what I read the cleansing process takes awhile. So it may take awhile to see results. I am going to try to stick to anti-candidiasis foods for awhile.
Recently I’ve been drinking a lot of water (at least 8 cups a day). I believe it has helped my hives and my energy levels.
Good luck everyone.

No no, I mean PRO-Biotics, no anti-biotics. The antibiotics would make the candida grow but probiotics are ‘good bacteria’ that reforce our inmune sistem. I’ve started to take them (the dont have any side effects), if I improve I will tell you.

I’ve done a pro biotic diet and it helped but didn’t make it go away. I ate only Yoghurt, fruit and water.
