Hey,
So, today (Feb 25, 2015), I purchased all the products for my diet and lotions etc. for my extreme condition of cholinergic urticaria. I’ve been having them since October of 2014 and it is very bad.
I went to the Doctor, and all they did was tell me to take antihistamines. I don’t want to take them at all–I want to keep my body away from pills and lean towards organic foods. So, tomorrow (Feb 26 2015), I will start this diet that you shared with us of White Rice, Broccoli, Turkey Breast, Strawberry, Banana, Blueberry shakes in hopes that this will go away!
I will let you know in about 3 – 5 weeks how I’m doing and if my hives have been leaving! I am very thankful for all your videos talking about this condition. It has ruined my life for the past couples month. I’ve gained about 15 pounds because I can’t sweat and I’ve felt helpless. So thank you for everything!

Kewin,
Thanks for sharing your experience with us, as well as your plans to start the diet and experiment with sweat therapy to see if it helps. All the things I mentioned in the video worked for me, and I certainly hope it helps you, too.
Definitely keep us updated. Just be cautious when first trying sweat therapy, because you did say you had a pretty bad case of hives. Anaphylactic shock is always a small risk in people with severe cases. I just want you to be safe.
I hope it goes well!
God bless,
Hivesguy/Ben

Tell us what happens , I’m also suffering from this, I can’t even walk on the street without feeling awkward because of that itchy feeling, Sometimes it’s cloudy and rainy, and people look at me suddenly, yes because I took off my jacket, I just can’t handle it !

Hey guys !
So i have some great news!!! It has been 3 weeks & i am going on the 4th week of my diet without workout or sweat therapy..The good news is that i’ve been dieting without cheating for the past 3 weeks & i feel a relieve in the hives , they aren’t completely gone but they tend to not be as STRONG/STINGY when you follow the diet.. I realized that MILK & CHEESE cause the hives to increase in STING/PAIN! So avoid that!! So out of my 3 week diet yesterday i decided to visit the gym for the first time since October! I wanted to force myself to sweat.. I got on the treadmill & for the first 2 minutes i started feeling the pain of the hives all over my body by the 5th minute my whole forearm was completely red covered in Hives & i could not stand the pain! But i kept pushing & pushing feeling the pain till about 10 minutes into the running , At around 12 minutes the pain started going away by 16 minutes i felt NO HIVES at all , i almost cried of joy at that moment !! I saw the hives on my forearm decrease in redness with 0 sting pain! So i ran about 45 minutes SUPER HAPPY! After the treadmill i dared myself to do weights & so i did & didn’t feel any pain or hives i even got in the Steam & did not feel the Hives .. I realized that when the body is OverHeated you defeat the hives!!!! The cure really is, sweating it off and eating healthy.. After i got out the Steamroom and into the shower when my body cooled down and as i was walking home i did feel it a little bit on my back .. So this means that everytime your body cools down they will come back just a lil bit but never as strong as it is normally..
I woke up the next morning lifting and cleaning without feeling any hives! But that doesn’t mean they are gone cause i do feel them in some places very minimal. I believe the way to curing this is by dieting and sweating NOTHING ELSE but that!
If you are just getting Hives DO NOT waste time !! FOLLOW THE DIET AND FORCE YOURSELF TO WORKING OUT / SWEATING !!
