Sun Bathing and Heat Hives

March 10, 2017 by Forum Member

I’ve had heat hives since high school; about 15 years old. Some years have been worse than others. The past few I’ve been pretty free of them.

I’m 35 now, and they have come back with a vengeance. It gets worse when weather goes from cold to warm (Spring) and I’m here in the Midwest.

Anyway, I find that if I lay out in the sun once or twice and fight through the initial horrible wave of them, I’m done for the rest of the year and can adjust to heat better.

Anyone have the same experience?

Thanks,

Tim
