I’ve been writing updates about my condition every 3 or so months. In my last post, I discussed how sweat therapy has helped with my cholinergic urticaria. I workout every second day, (occasionally back to back days depending on my mood & if I feel like the itch is coming back).
I still feel a little bit of itchiness on my neck and head at the start of my workout, but nothing that would force me to stop what I’m doing. I don’t eat a lot of fast food, so the mixture of a better diet and sweat therapy may be what’s keeping the hives away.
