Hi everyone, this is just something that has REALLY been helping me recently (in hot months)
[Before you try this consult your doctor as very very few people sometimes experience anaphylactic shock with some exercise/heat]
I’ve really wanted to try sweat therapy but have no sauna/gym near me, I’ve tried running and intense exercise, all help but I will always have to break into a scratch and the pain got a bit too much for me.
Then I tried turning my greenhouse into a sauna, you have to close all the vents (make sure there is a little air gap though to breathe) and it works perfectly as a sauna, especially when it’s very sunny.
I sweated absolute buckets in just 5-10 mins, then I found I didn’t itch anywhere near as bad for the rest of the day, found this is an easy thing to do, especially if you can’t afford a gym pass.
