I’ve been on the diet for the last few weeks, and my main problem is that I’m always hungry. I’m on campus, and I eat at the diner twice a day.
But when I don’t have my meals, I’m starving. I’ve only eaten rice, chicken, sweet potatoes, and broccoli so far. My question is really geared toward where I can find fresh chicken/turkey unseasoned and microwavable.
I have a fridge and microwave, but I don’t have access to an oven, and I’m not 100% sure what meat is the best for me. If anyone could post links or what I could search for then that’d be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

You can cook both chicken and turkey in a crockpot, which is quite inexpensive (around $15-30). They can plug into any standard outlet. This is how I cook my turkey/chicken. I then store it in glass storage containers in the fridge, which typically lasts me two days or so. I simply take out my portion for each meal and warm it up in the microwave when I’m hungry.
