What kind of meal to eat or to cook? (Betamethasone Lotion Helps Hives)

January 17, 2016 by Forum Member

Hi guys. I’ve been suffering a cholinergic urticaria since last week of December. I already visit my doctor, and its really hard for me to accept that have this kind of allergy. In my 23 years, I never knew that this kind of allergy would attacked me.

Oh, I remember when I was like 15, after I ate instant noodles & sort of corned beef (canned goods) my face was getting itchy which turned to hives. I didn’t know I had already hives until my Uncle asked me of what happened to my face especially my eyes and lips that looks like I had a bee sting. That time, my mom did not consult me to doctor because it was gone the next day.

After that, I never ate instant noodles and corned beef(canned goods) then after several months I tried to eat that again to test if I my face would turn into hives and hooray! It has no effect on my skin.

And now I’m dealing with what kind of meal to eat or cook because of so many food to avoid. It’s really hard for me to avoid the foods that I usually eat. Banana, apple and freshly baked breads are the foods that I currently eating and the result is, I’m always hungry.

Common foods to avoid:

Chicken, egg, seafood, canned goods, foods with coloring & preservation, beer, soft drinks, coffee, fruits like pineapple, mango, strawberry, vegetables like taro, eggplant, beans, chayote tomato, peanuts or nuts, soy sauce, fish sauce and even my favorite chocolates. 🙁 Even medicines like pain killers.

I’m taking antihistamine medicine like fexofenadine and loratadine, which I take it 2x a day. So far, it works. I have also lotion which is Betamethasone Lotion and it really works! 🙂 I just apply it in the affected area, and after several minutes it subsides the itchiness; then suddenly hives will be gone. 🙂

I really hope someone can help me of what kind of meal I can eat or cook. I would be happy if some shares a recipe.

Also, is anyone experiencing like this, cause I’m in a bit of anxiety now, I feel like I’m in crisis.

Thank you guys! Hoping for your reply,

Which kind of cannabis are you referring to? Can you be more specific if you don’t mind.
